National Coming Out Day

For 60 years, Star Trek has imagined a future where our differences are celebrated, our identities are respected, and everyone has a place among the stars.

As our friend Karim Diané, who portrays Jay-Den Kraag in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, recently shared:

“The only time I have found any kind of success in my life is when I showed up as exactly who I am.”

On this National Coming Out Day, we celebrate everyone who has found the courage to live authentically, those still discovering who they are, and those who may not yet feel safe sharing that part of themselves.

Coming out is a personal journey, and everyone deserves the freedom to take it in their own time, on their own terms.

At To Proudly Go, we believe the future Star Trek envisions is one worth building together. A future where everyone belongs, exactly as they are.

Live Proud and Prosper!
