Our Team
To Proudly Go is governed by a Board of Directors, which is responsible for the overall oversight, governance, and direction of the organization. The Board oversees the organization’s Officers and Staff, who carry out To Proudly Go’s day-to-day management, operations, programs, and activities in accordance with our Bylaws and policies.
To Proudly Go is a volunteer-led organization. Our Directors, Officers, and Staff generously contribute their time and talents to advance our mission and receive no compensation for their service.

Co-Chair of the Board
As Co-Chair, John shares responsibility for the leadership and effective functioning of the Board of Directors. He helps guide Board deliberations, supports sound governance and organizational oversight, and works with his fellow Co-Chair and Directors to advance To Proudly Go’s mission and long-term sustainability.

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Chair of the Board
As Chief Executive Officer, Michael provides executive leadership for To Proudly Go and oversees the organization’s operations, programs, personnel, partnerships, and implementation of the Board’s strategic direction. As Co-Chair, he shares responsibility for facilitating the work of the Board, supporting effective governance, and helping ensure the organization remains focused on its mission.

Sean Rusnack
Chief Financial Officer & Secretary of the Board
As Chief Financial Officer, Sean provides financial oversight and helps ensure responsible stewardship of To Proudly Go’s resources, including budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal accountability. As Secretary, he maintains the official records of the Board and supports proper documentation of Board meetings, resolutions, and corporate actions.

Acting Chief Communications Officer
As Acting Chief Communications Officer, Meredith helps lead To Proudly Go’s communications and public engagement efforts. She supports the organization’s messaging, digital presence, promotion, and outreach to help strengthen connections with audiences, partners, and the broader community.
