Our Team
To Proudly Go is comprised of a Board of Directors that is responsible for the overall control and oversight of the management and operational affairs of the organization. The Board of Directors oversees Officers and Staff that perform the day-to-day management duties of the organization as provided in the By-Laws or, to the extent not so provided, by the Board of Directors. All Directors of the Board, Officers, and Staff of To Proudly Go are unpaid and uncompensated volunteers.

As Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors, Michael presides over all meetings of the Board of Directors and manages all day-to-day administrative and strategic operations.

As the Senior Advisor, John provides support to the Chief Executive Officer and the To Proudly Go leadership team on a wide range of operational areas.

Deputy Chief Communications Officer
As Deputy Chief Communications Officer, Z assist the Communications Team in social media management and engagement, public relations and press, and marketing strategies.

As the Chief Administrative Officer & Board Secretary, Sean assists the Chief Executive Officer & Chair of the Board of Directors in all administrative matters and records and keeps the minutes of all the Board of Directors meetings.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Bryan is the custodian of all banking records, funds and assets, and for the financial compliance of the organization.

As the Chief Communications Officer, Austin oversees and coordinates, our social media, press and outreach efforts. As Chief of Staff, Austin supports coordinating team member assignments and other related volunteer management tasks.

As the Executive Operations Manager, Maddison (Maddy) assist the CEO in their executive tasks and helps to coordinate with other team members on special projects. As Deputy Secretary, Maddy supports the Secretary and fills in in their absence.

As the Visual Communications Manager, Nic is responsible for all photography and recorded media content produced by To Proudly Go. They also assist with social media management and the production of virtual events for the organization.

As the web operations lead, Bella focuses on online operations for To Proudly Go. They are responsible for assisting with web design. They often collaborate with different departments on web development projects to ensure a smooth user experience.
